About KWG Industries

Founded in 1996 by Kurt Grimm through the acquisition of Peterson & Marsch Metals, KWG Industries has a rich history. Peterson & Marsch, a renowned high-volume metals service center in Bound Brook, NJ, served customers from 1969 to 1996.

Kurt’s entrepreneurial spirit propelled the company forward in 2005 with the acquisition of Jersey Machine & Tool, a precision machine shop dating back to World War II. Integrating precision machining with the metals service center allowed KWG to strengthen and expand its business relationships with this unique combination.
